Daily Meditation Books

Various daily meditation books have brought me invaluable inspiration and grounding over the years. Depending on whatever phase of life your in, there's a book for you! I'm currently working through Journey to the Heart. That is where the quote from Instagram came from.


"It's good to go with the flow. But it's better to go with what you know-- what you know to be true for you."


My husband is working his way through The Daily Stoic: 366 Meditations on Wisdom, Perseverance, and the Art of Living. We have entirely different personalities, so this spoke to him. If you have been meaning to start reading again, or you're trying to boost your morning routine, a daily meditation book is a great way to start. Each day's reading is often a page or less, but it has a HUGE impact. Links to both books can be found below.
